So Being new to Martial arts and BJJ I find that I am getting more than my fair share of shoulder injuries and sprains.
My Q is.
What do I need to do to in terms of drills and exercises to strengthen not just the shoulder joints (rotator cuff) but the whole shoulder girdle and help reduce these injuries.
