Being afflicted with a tendency towards tangential and knight's move thinking, the "Whatever happened to...." thread got me thinking: A timeline for MMA in the UK would be interesting, and this forum an ideal place to do it (as differences of opinion or memory could be dealt with as they emerged)
I was thinkiing of stuff like:

First riot at an MMA event in the UK
Night of the samurai dates
Ring of truth events
First promotion to use a cage
First use of an octagonal cage
Introduction of biggest cage in UK to date
In fact anything and everything to do with MMA in the UK
