Just a really quick post to say a huge thanks to Ray who came over to my place for a seminar last Wednesday.
Ray's technique, both standing and on the ground is superb and this was evident during the whole three-hour session that literally flew by.
A big thanks to all the guys on here that supported the event and made it so worthwhile.
I'm in the process of going through all the images from the night and will put a short report online real soon.
Thanks again, next seminar set for Jan 09. I am in the process of sorting details out to host RGA BB Nic Gregoriades at the Tokon Academy.
