Just a very quick thank you to all that supported our seminar on Wednesday night with Michael- great night had by all, three hours flew by.

To anyone who has not had the chance to train with Michael I recommend it 100%, he is a great guy who makes all feel comfortable with the material being covered. I am hoping to organise another session around Mike's busy UFC commitments and will of course post details when they are finalised.
