 The Pancrase summer camp will be held in Biarritz from the 22nd till 28th July 2007. Open to all, from complete beginner to advance fighter. With two trainning sessions per day, the seminar is a good way to push your own limit in a friendly atmosphere. Pictures of the previous seminars are available in the gallerie section. Haven't been to one of these but want to as I've heard some very good feedback from people who have.

It's certainly in a fantastic place. Biarritz is brilliant. You can take the family and they can have a good time on the beach etc while you train. ( keeps the guilt factor down lol) It's easy to drive down too. Wish I could go but I'm looking at going to America for a martial Arts seminar there.
