can u keep your strengh if you go away for a few months and you dont have any weights and your doing cardio a few times a week but still eating alot.

I agree with Apollyon. You will lose some of it, particularly if your method of determining strength is measured by weightlifting.
The good news is that getting it back will be really quick, as neural adaptation is far more rapid the second time around. The other good news is you can protect yourself from some, if not most, of your strength loss by improvising resistance training without weights. You may even gain strength in some exercises. The easiest method is with bodweight exercises. Squats, dips, chins, pushups etc. Then improvised resistance - using sandbags, rocks, barrels, other people - anything that provides weight. Another option is to take some portable resistance equipment with you such as exercise cables. |

well i do have a pro thai trainer y'know those things that strap around your arms n legs i can use the power pands from that
i just watch Conditioning for combat sports by karl Gotch it has lots of good body exercises like hand stand push ups/push us from different angles Thanks for your help |

uhuh maybe i could get a portable chin up bar if they sell'em
have you ever done body weight exercises because i dont know how often i should do them. |

You might find that an Exercise Cable maybe be a far more portable option than a chin bar for working your back etc.
As for exercise frequency, that all depends on your ability to recover from exercise. Do as much as you can recover from and the least you can get away with. Which, for bare bones maintenance of fitness levels, 30 mins twice a week should do it. |

were abouts do you live in france then?
my mum n dad are putting the house on the market in march hopfully so if there lucky they might be living there by september-ish. |

anyway ill email you when they move. do you train there ever if so wot club do you go to how long you been training for? if you show me around those clubs and i me mum n dad live near maybe we could roll now and then if you like |
