A personel trainer in the gym yesterday told me that i'm not making enough gains so he had a look at my routine.
I normally do 5 sets for biceps/ triceps
7 for shoulders/back/chest.
H4e told me that the total seyts i was doing was nowhere near enough to make good gains.
He suggested that I do 9 for biceps/triceps
& 14 for chest/shoulders/back
Is this right?
I have been training with weights for about a year now.
