can any one help me with this ?
i can only get to the gym once a week and am wondering what would be the best work out to do ? cheers carl

I only weight train twice a week. I get alot from the Singles & Doubles books! You can get them at workingclassfitness.com.
They are excellent. My current routine looks like: Resistance training Day 1 -Dumbell Swings - 5x10 (good explosive exercise and a great warmup) -Weighted Dips - 10x1-2 -Weighted Chins - 10x1-2 Day 2 -Dumbell Snatches - 5x10 (again, great for explosiveness) -Bent Rows - 10x1-2 -Overhead Press - 10x1-2 Conditioning Day 1 Either Mod 1, Intervals or HOC Day 2 Same as above I also work abs 5 days a week. 3 days high rep, low intensity, 2 days low rep hi intensity!
