I'm doing some travelling in these countries during November and was wondering if anyone could recommend the best places to train BJJ/Submission/Wrestling etc while I'm there.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
Ben

I've got some contacts in Holland, Belgium and France.
Where exactly are you going to be ? In Holland you have Remco Pardoel and Harold Harder in the South, Maxim Leijdekker in the North. I've met/trained with all three. Belgium has BJJ and Submission Wrestling in Brussels with the Ignite team. France has numerous clubs all over the country. Some of whom I have trained with. Plus I'm in France Let me know if you need any more details. Si |

Hi 'The Stain', thanks for your reply. I'm flying into Amsterdam on the 6th of November and plan to stay for a few days (? how long) before heading south toward Belgium and then eventually onward to France.
Just a few quick questions; Where is Remco's school in the south? Who are the Ignite team in Brussels affiliated with? Where do you train in France? Thanks 'shooter' I'll check out the RINGS club, while I'm there. Hi Nathan, how's the club going. I'm having a bit of a roll with a few boys in Norwich while I'm here which is fun (as always!). I don't have access to email as much at the moment but I'll try and drop you a line soon. Say hi to all the boys for me. Tchau, Ben |

Hi Ben The clubs going well, I've just moved the Monday class to the Uni and had about 25 people training on it this week. I've also added a stand up class on Fridays. I'll pass on your regards to the lads. Have a great time travelling around Europe mate. Nathan |

If your off to Holland you should check out the Golden Glory gym, lots of tough monsters there, maybe a little hardcore though, talking of hardcore could you bring me back some vids?

"Where is Remco's school in the south? "
It's in a place called Oss - check out www.pardoelsports.com/ "Who are the Ignite team in Brussels affiliated with?" Gracie Barra - www.ignitesf.net/ "Where do you train in France? " Right in the south east corner, near Cannes. Theres a BJJ Tournement in Vittel on Nov 17th if your anywhere near there, www.ebjjc.com/ Drop me a mail if you have any other Q's (mma_stain@hotmail.com) and enjoy your trip !! Si. |

Point taken Boma! | ||

Fear not Dom, training will be a secondary pleasure (but a pleasure all the same) in the Dam and beyond. Thanks for the extra posts.
